How do I clock in to a shift?
Open the Carus app and navigate to your Home screen. You'll see a Clock In card for your upcoming shift. Tap the Clock In button — the app will verify your location to confirm you're at the pool before clocking you in.
How do I view my schedule?
Tap the Schedule tab in the bottom navigation bar. You'll see a weekly calendar view with all your assigned shifts. Tap any shift to view its details, including role, location, and duration.
How do I add a team member? (Directors)
Go to More → Team from the bottom navigation. Tap the invite or add button to create a new team member profile and assign their role. They'll receive an invitation to join your organization in Carus.
How do I approve timesheets? (Directors)
From the Home screen, tap Review & Approve under the Payroll snapshot, or go to More → Timesheets. You'll see all pending clock-in entries. Tap an entry to review the details, then approve or reject it.
How do I message a teammate?
Tap the Messages tab in the bottom navigation. You'll see your existing conversations. Tap the compose icon in the top right to start a new message with any member of your team.
How do I request time off?
Go to More → Requests and tap the option to submit a new time-off request. Select the date range, add a note if needed, and submit. Your director will be notified and can approve or decline the request.
